TYPE: Amino, Methoxy functional polydimenthyl polymer fluid.

PHYSICAL FORM: Low viscosity thin liquid (milky white).

SPECIAL PROPERTIES: High corrosive resistance, excellent water repellence and deep gloss.

APPLICATIONS: Protection of all painted surfaces on Aircraft, Boats and Cars.

PERMAGARD is a concentrated emulsion of aminomethoxyfunctional ethyl polymers which form a plasticitised film on all hard paint and gel coats by reacting with the moisture in the air.

Once the film has cured (24 hours) it will strongly adhere to the surface.

HOW TO USE: an active crystal solution is applied on all painted surfaces prior to the application of the reactive polymer treatment, this solution will remove grime, wax or silicone residues which may exist on the painted surfaces. The solution will also remove industrial fallout and / or all forms of grease which may appear on a new or used paintwork. The solution will then polarise the painted surfaces creating a negative charge which in turn vigorously attracts the positively charged polymer solution molecules once applied, thus creating a bonded durable coating.

The product is to be applied on new painted surfaces or on surfaces in excellent condition using low speed oscillating polishing machines. The rotation and pressure created by the polishers commences the curing process. The product can also be applied by hand and the curing process will be the same after 24 hours.

Damaged surfaces must be treated with a special low viscosity reactive polymer prior to the application of the reactive polymer film.

USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE: Reactive Polymers react with moisture from the air. Once the containers have been opened they should be promptly used.
